Healthzilla Speaking at a Global Health Hacking Summit: Biohacking in Pandemics

Singaporean health tech startup Healthzilla was invited to speak at the global Online Health Hacking Summit: Biohacking in Pandemics on April 9th, 2020. The summit was arranged by the world-renowned Biohacker Center to empower the world-wide community of biohackers and health optimizers to take responsibility of their own health & wellness during the crisis.

Plagues and disease have been part of the human story since the beginning of time. The purpose of the digital summit was to give community members around the planet the tools to build resilience and emerge out of the crisis stronger than before. Healthzilla’s presentation focused on HRV – why should we measure and care about this particular biometric marker, and what does the latest scientific research say about HRV potentially being a useful datapoint for early detection of infection.

We have carefully selected some of the brightest minds we could find on the matter of resilience and coping with the situation in the world right now. Our intention is to share a diverse set of thoughts and angles. (Biohacker Center)

Healthzilla is thrilled to engage with the global Biohacker community and was taken aback by the community’s strong interest in HRV. More than 300 biohackers globally were watching the live stream from different corners of the world.
